This Little Piggy.

On Saturday we bussed it downtown to the Seattle Art Museum to see the new exhibit. An exhibit on Andy Warhol included a photo booth at the end and then you could post your photo and become part of the exhibit. We think Silas and Ruby had the best photo!

On Sunday we headed to the Fremont Market with a promise of pork from the "pig truck" to Silas. Seriously, the kid was ecstatic to eat a pork sandwich at 11am.

Shaping Things Up.

Papa came to visit and whipped the yard into shape. While Jeff has been working on the new front porch, I've been working on the yard. It seems to work out well. For Bob's visit, we had great weather and were able to give the yard a good start-5 yards of compost were delivered and we ALL worked hard to move that dirt!

Family. And the Best Mother's Day Ever.

We had a busy Sunday. Beautiful weather in Seattle for the weekend was such a needed relief from the cold rain. Morning fancy brunch, farmers market, bbq, extended family, water fun, and a walk to the view. We had fun taking family portraits!

New Smile.

Lately, when I ask Ruby to "Smile for Daddy", she does this very funny pose: eyes closed, hands clenched into fists and a big grin. It's very hard to stop taking her picture...

BURP.

Last weekend was the Ballard Urban Picnic and we walked down and had some kiddie fun and ate from the food carts.
